Princeton Park Trails 2 & 3 HOA Homeowners
Our Annual Meeting, with Elections, will be held on April 12, 2022. The Meeting Packet and fillable proxy are available on the website. We will also be voting on the website. You must be registered on the website to vote and fill out your proxy. We are looking for:
Two members for the Board of Directors must be in good standing and up to date on their assessments. Board responsibilities are in the Bylaws. Click here to access documents.
Volunteers: Committees assist the Board by addressing specific community issues, tasks, gather information and recommend actions to the Board. Committees are typically 1-5 persons; the Chairman is the voice and communicates with the HOA Management and the Board. Click here to see Committees
Princeton Park Trails Park
We recently had the park inspected for safety. To view the report, click here. We are waiting on parts and materials, then all items will be repaired. The community owns the park and can post no trespassing signs, provided we have an HOA representative to interact with the police. This would be a volunteer from the Safety Committee, preferably living close to the park. This is an option if needed or desired.
Signs
We have ordered signs for the community “ Please drive carefully - We love our children” (six) and “Slow Children Present” (three). Signs will be placed on Blackburn Way and Park Trails Boulevard. We have also ordered five “Yard of the Month” signs and allocated one $100.00 prize per month.
Delinquent Accounts
At the end of February more than $98,000.00 was due to accounts receivable. Please either pay your assessments in full before March 31, 2022, or you may request a payment plan. All ninety (90) day plans will be accepted. Longer plans may be available on a case-by-case basis. Any outstanding accounts will be sent to collections. This will add additional late fees and/or legal fees. Click here to see legal fee amounts that may be posted to homeowner’s accounts.
Here is how you can make an online payment or register for the new portal.
Go to lswpm.cincwebaxis.com. On the first visit to the portal, you will need to register. Click on the “Sign In” button at the upper right corner of the window, then click “Create Account” at the bottom right. Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by Legacy (this can take a while), you will receive an email with a link to set your password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments and see account information.

Landscape Projects
We have approved several landscape projects to improve common areas. Next to the creek, back entrance, and on either side of Park Trails Boulevard before the bridge going towards the back entrance.
Old news still relevant
We have recently added three pet stations in the community. They are located at Old Harbor and Pilot Point, Blackburn and Kim Loan, and on Princeton Park Trails Blvd. near the bridge. All our pet stations have garbage cans for waste disposal, and if you are not passing one of our pet stations, while walking your pet, bring your own bags and dispose of it in your own trash. If your home is a rental, it is your responsibility to inform the tenants about the rules.
There have been sightings of bobcats around the community, so make sure your pets are on a leash, when outside, and keep an eye on your small children, if they are playing outside. Bobcats have been in this area much longer than we have; they come around the creek and wooded area, because it is their natural habitat. Here is the information for Collin County Animal Services:
The holiday season is now over, so if you still have your outdoor decorations up, please remove them. According to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of our community, outdoor decorations are to be removed within 30 days of the holiday.
Please remember to submit all problems or concerns through the website. Please look over the “Governing Documents Article Three” to see the homeowner’s responsibilities. Here is the direct link: https://parktrailshoa.com/documents/governing-documents.aspx
