Updates for Princeton Park Trails 2 & 3 HOA Homeowners
• There have been sightings of bobcats around the community, so make sure your pets are on a leash, when outside, and keep an eye on your small children, if they are playing outside. Bobcats have been in this area much longer than we have; they come around the creek and wooded area, because it is their natural habitat. Here is the information for Collin County Animal Services:Collin County Animal Services
• We have recently added three pet stations in the community. They are located at Old Harbor and Pilot Point, Blackburn and Kim Loan, and on Princeton Park Trails Blvd. near the bridge. All our pet stations have garbage cans for waste disposal, and if you are not passing one of our pet stations, while walking your pet, bring your own bags and dispose of it in your own trash. If your home is a rental, it is your responsibility to inform the tenants about the rules.
• The holiday season is now over, so if you still have your outdoor decorations up, please remove them.
According to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of our community, outdoor decorations are to be removed within 30 days of the holiday.
• Please remember to submit all problems or concerns through the website. Please look over the “Governing Documents Article Three” to see the homeowner’s responsibilities. Here is the direct link: https://parktrailshoa.com/documents/governing-documents.aspx
• Sounds like we’re going to get some “winter weather” this week, so make sure your outdoor faucets are covered, and if you have kitchen or bathroom plumbing on an outside wall, drip your sink and keep cabinets underneath open, so the warm air can get to your pipes. The HOA is not responsible for any freeze damage.
As always, if you have any questions, please contact me at 214-705-1615 option 10. My hours are 9-5, Monday -Thursday, and 9-3 on Friday. Selina@LegacySouthwestPM.com
