Dear Homeowners,
We hope all of you made it through the past week of ice and snow safe and sound.
If you have damage to your home, which is not covered by the HOA, you may be able to get help through FEMA.

If you live in a single-family home, the HOA is not responsible for any damage to your home or property.
If you live in a townhome, please refer to your HOA’s Governing Documents (which can be found on your HOA’s website) to see if the damage is covered or check with your HOA manager.
